At Selle Anatomica we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your saddle to us within 30 days of the date you received it, for a refund. All returned saddles must be in new condition.

Processing Your Return or Exchange
- Returned saddles must be in new condition. Our 30 Day Guarantee means you can try it out - take it for a spin - see if you like it. Saddles that cannot be resold as new, that show wear/tear will have a Restocking Fee applied (reduced refund).
- The following will result in a reduced refund:
- Tension bolts tightened to stiffen the leather platform.
- Saddle Sauce applied.
- Stickers removed from the bottom of the saddle.
- The following are not eligible for return:
- Saddles that have been beveled or laced.
- Opened bottles of Saddle Sauce.
- Saddles purchased as Used and B-Stock.
- Domestic returns must have an RMA issued from Selle Anatomica.
- Returned saddles must be received at our offices within 30 days of the date the saddle was received by you.
- Return postage is deducted from your refund and is calculated by the carrier.
- All returned items must have been purchased through our website. We do not accept returns purchased from a third-party vendor such as a dealer or Amazon.
- Returns will be credited to the form of payment used on the original order.
- International return postage is the responsibility of the end user.
