The H1 combines our firmest, most durable leather saddle top with the proven strength of our traditional Frame 1. It is built for touring, long-distance riding, and cyclists who weigh between 180 and 250 pounds.

We prepare the full-grain WaterShed leather used for the H Series through a specialized process that creates a stiffer, more substantial saddle top. This makes the H1 a strong choice for heavier riders and cyclists who prefer a firmer riding platform, including those transitioning from a Brooks saddle.

Our patented Flex-Fly Slot moves with your body as you pedal, helping relieve perineal pressure, sit bone pain, and saddle sores. A specialized molding process eliminates the lengthy break-in period often associated with traditional leather saddles, so the H1 feels comfortable from the first ride.

The H1 uses our durable, integrated Frame 1 construction with exceptionally long chromoly steel rails for industry-leading fore/aft adjustment. Unlike the modular H2, the H1 does not offer interchangeable saddle tops or rail upgrades, but it provides a sturdy, straightforward platform designed for years of dependable use.
