The H2 combines our firmest, most durable leather top with the lighter, modular Frame 2 platform. Designed for touring, long-distance riding, and cyclists who prefer a more supportive feel, it is approximately 100 grams lighter than the H1.

We prepare the full-grain WaterShed leather used for the H Series through a specialized process that creates a stiffer, more substantial saddle top. This makes the H2 especially well suited to riders between 180 and 250 pounds, as well as cyclists accustomed to a firmer platform (including those transitioning from a Brooks saddle).

The patented Flex-Fly Slot allows the leather to move with your body while helping relieve perineal pressure, sit bone pain, and saddle sores. The result is the dependable support of a firm leather saddle without the pressure points commonly associated with rigid designs.

As the evolution of our original H series saddle, what sets the H2 apart from the H1 is its modular Frame 2 construction. The lighter, stronger, user-serviceable frame uses Chicago screws, allowing you to replace worn leather, install a different saddle top, or upgrade to optional carbon fiber rails. Instead of replacing the entire saddle, you can repair or customize individual components as your needs change.
