We are building a new machine to punch holes in our leather saddle tops. We are using Arduino to switch relays that in turn trigger solenoids that open and close air cylinders that will eventually have leather cutters on the ends of them set in a jig that will cut all of the holes for the rivets and screws! What used to take minutes will now take about 10 seconds.
